I really, really love lemon. Well, lemon flavored drinks that is. This past weekend, Mark and I did some light landscaping. We had a blast! But, it was hot and humid! So, I thought I would make some refreshing lemon martini’s. I mean, it was the weekend after all!
 Agave and Lemon Martini
lemon spirals or wedges for garnishing
4tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. agave
3 oz. vodka
ice
Fill a cocktail shaker full of ice. Add lemon juice, water, vodka, agave, and 2 lemon wedges. Shake until agave has completely blended into the drink. Serve with lemon spiral garnish. Enjoy! -Ruth-
