Nutella Mousse

June 19, 2013 by Margaret

Chocolate Mousse
Nutella Mousse you say? That’s crazy talk. And yes, it’s true. Okay, you got me…I’m not totally sure this recipe qualifies as a  mousse. But, whatever you call it, it’s really, really good. And, it totally happened by accident. A happy accident of course. It’s so simple, this is what I did…

Nutella Mousse
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup Nutella
**You can sub nutella for any chocolate hazelnut spread or even a cocoa almond spread
It’s simple. Combine whipping cream andNutella and whip until soft peaks. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours and then serve in cute miniature cups! That is all. I used an immersion blender and it works quite well. But, you can use a manual method or an electric mixer. This stuff is impressive. Give it a taste!  -Ruth-Simple Mousse recipe
